COMMON REPORT – SURVEY

To measure the understanding well-being and mental health needs, teachers, pupils, and parents from all involved schools participated in the survey. The results were analyzed at the national level by each of the partners and finally, the GrowthCoop partner prepared the Common Report that allows to compare the results in all partner countries.

COMMON REPORT – FOCUS GROUPS

To test the results of the measurement, all partners created and implemented the focus groups of national experts including teachers, psychologists, schools principals, experts in education, etc.

The Common Report includes their conclusions and gives valuable insight into the teachers’ and pupils’ needs.

As a result, a list of 12 key competencies that are needed in teachers to support the emotional health and well-being of pupils was created and we will work with these competencies further.

24 Training Modules on key competencies

Training Modules are part of the Training system for teachers based on identified 12 key competencies. It is a useful and engaging tool to assist teachers in acquiring and improving the skills necessary to enhance their support for the emotional and mental health and well-being of students.
